João Laginha Martins

Over 15 years of experience across several marketing positions, project management, destination events development and management in China and South East Asia. Highly passionate, and persuasive with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial positive attitude at all times. Experience includes the development of the international resort and hotel brands in Macau, including the development of new markets throughout Asia with a focus on Mainland China and previously logistics business development for EMEA. Recently, Joao started in Venture Capital, leading the partnership between Indico and Google for Startups by managing Indico Founders Program and early stage investments in Portugal.
