Manuel Dias

Manuel Dias is a guest professor at NOVA IMS in the area of Advanced Analytics, co-founder and vice president of the Data Science Portuguese Association (DSPA), and founder of Power BI Portugal, a technology community with more than 2,500 members. He started his career at EFACEC as a software engineer, moving on to OutSystems, where he held various positions in engineering, product management and pre-sales. In 2011 he joined Microsoft Portugal as Data & AI Specialist for the business market. In 2018, he assumed the role of Technical Sales Director in the Solutions Unit, managing a highly specialized pre-sales team, as well as being an Artificial Intelligence Ambassador.
